There has never been a time when entrepreneurship was incentivised this much and having only a job was this strongly disincentivised. Digital products — this is it. Iman's digital products. Scale into e-books, online courses, PDFs, templates, SaaS. Once you have running capital, it's only a matter of distribution — marketing, outreach, more customers, or scaling LTV — and later building something like Whop or Skool: the infrastructure, the house that hosts the casino and gets paid regardless of the plays. The ones who win are those obsessively able to ask: what is the bottleneck in the market right now? You can build a multi-million-dollar online empire selling only digital products. Andrew Tate and Iman are examples of attention solicited into a business that scales into value provision.
One: pick a niche people actually care about — money, health, self-help, productivity. Check the best-sellers on Etsy, Gumroad and Amazon Kindle; if a product is doing well, there's a reason. Target the strong human emotions — fear, greed, pride, ego, love, hate. Strong emotions kinetically initiate purchases. Two: make a product people actually want — not "nice to know" but a solution. Not a generic "How to Be Productive" guide; go deeper — a "7-Day Focus Reset Challenge." Actionable, usable immediately: the blueprint, the structure, the worksheet, the action steps. Three: start simple. Canva's free version is all you need — pick a template, tweak it, boom, product. A budget planner, an e-book, a workout plan, whatever fits the niche. Four: sell it the right way. Etsy, Gumroad, Whop, Skool — any is fine for simple digital products. Create a freebie or mini version to hook interest, share it everywhere — TikTok, Instagram, Reddit. Don't spam "buy my stuff"; give value first and show how the product actually helps. The MVP goes out first. Five: don't overthink — launch. I wasted too much time perfecting; launch imperfect and fix later. Done is better than perfect. Six: get traffic like a pro. The first $10k can happen without a dollar of ads — pure organic. TikTok short videos sharing quick wins or busting myths; Instagram Reels; post daily and focus on distribution, not perfection. For someone entering fresh: more outreach — warm, cold, every platform — and eventually outsource the whole engine so sales run without you. Seven: price for value, not for the time you spent. $27–97 is the sweet spot for quick sales. Don't leave money on the table — if someone only wants to pay less than nominal, take the money and find the arbitrage in the lead.
This new market is something you should be looking into, I'm telling you. Finish the A-levels ASAP, build the digital courses, provide value — this is worth leaning into full-time. You don't need to invent the next Google. Digital products and AI consulting: enter businesses, grow and scale them — the growth agency lane. Then with those profits build your own digital course as a value ladder — the ascension model — scaling into in-person events, webinars, seminars, networking events, hosted parties. Then maybe PE or a consulting firm, headquarters in Singapore, locations in London, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai, New York, Geneva.
What are my big edges against other people? Mindset, maths, English, knowledge, lists. That's enough. The Let Them Theory is one book that amplifies one verse from the Bible — everyone already knows it — so why did she sell ten million copies? It's not a sexy idea; it's not quant trading with theoretical physics models. It's easy money built on constant pain points. How to wake up early. How to talk yourself into doing what you don't want to do. How to make friends. How to drink more water. How to read the Bible. How to stay consistent at the gym. How to focus. How to get better at maths. It can even be something I have no expertise in — the method: find the top ten to a hundred books in a niche, extract the summaries, extract the alpha, then extract it further — what are the counters to each of these, how do we sharpen it — okay, now we have the juice. Have AI draft the MVP e-book. Then distribution.
If there is competition, that's a green flag — it means things are actually selling; the demand is validated. If it teaches something and it lives online, it's a digital product you can sell.
