Cut the crap — what are the ways you can start making money right now, today? Cold call someone and tell them: I will make you a website for five hundred dollars. Literally do that right now, and get rejected. The goal IS to get rejected. There is so much inner resistance pushing this into "later" — your action is always somewhere in the future — and if that isn't fixed, you will never make money.

I found one skillset I know can work: building premium websites. The sales and everything else follow — trust God on that. Just get the reps in. The goal is your first sale via cold call. In July. Just the first sale.

The thing about HVAC guys, technicians, contractors, landscapers: they are great at their craft and often terrible at marketing and websites — so they either outsource for insane money or live with something shitty. To get reps, call them and build it for free. The practice is to stop thinking "what can I get" and flip it entirely: what can I provide, what can I give. Trust: give more than what is rational. "No charge — I'm building my skillset, and if it helps you, great."

Key search terms when hunting for clients: HVAC, technicians, contractors that build houses, landscaping.

Tips from someone ahead of me: NEVER tell them the price over the first call. When you first reach the owner, your goal is to sell the meeting, not the service. Price on the phone makes "not interested" easy before they understand what you do. In the meeting, show the value first, then the price. It's a wrestle — the first thing people want is the price. Hold it. Ask: do you have the capacity for five to ten new customers this month? Offer: how about the first three months as a trial — if you like it, payment starts after; if not, you don't pay. Reassurance plus a shot at momentum — and this kind of service, once automated, is something they stop thinking about.

If you told some orphan in Pakistan this would make money, they'd stake their life on it and call twenty hours a day like a crazy person. If you had to make a million by the end of 2026, you would pick up the phone.

Vibe coding, Lovable.dev tutorials, no-code AI, build websites with AI, AI automation agencies, make money with ChatGPT, freelancing 2026, Nano Banana Pro, AI web design, local lead gen, recurring revenue SaaS, Claude AI, side hustle 2026 — the whole keyword universe. There's no human aspect needed at all: it's you in your room calling a thousand people a day.

Skip to the good stuff — go straight to high-ticket. Kill the illusion that you must start from small business. Make a couple of versions, close the deal on the premium one: £100k for a website with recurring maintenance fees. Fully custom UI/UX, responsive design, SEO and speed tuning, CMS integration, animations, security and backups, project management, strategy, cybersecurity. At that point you're really running a business, so you need to know everything — cybersecurity, funnel optimisation, upsells, retainers, recurring fees.

Push until they tell you to fuck off or they hand you their credit card.

Even the biggest enterprises — look at the top three consulting firms' websites: shitty, honestly. Same for lots of giants. Become the best at building websites, build a prototype for a Fortune 500 company, send it to them, and get on a call with a CEO. Cold outreach their boards until they spam-filter you: "I built you a better website — ten to fifteen minutes?"

Mail, Instagram DMs, Google Maps messaging (underrated), SMS (high risk), cold calling, personal-website Gmail outreach, LinkedIn, Facebook ads, Messenger — every channel, all at once. And when the manual pattern becomes visible, find the AI tool that automates it.
